Ammbr Pte. Ltd. has announced that Asia Group (Indonesia), supports the Ammbr mesh network initiative.
Ammbr holds tremendous promise to scale and be the first widely deployed mesh network. The innovation and the team behind it certainly makes us excited. More people will be served in more places, which is what drives participation in all things Internet. The results in education, economic and social advances that ultimately improve our economy. Asia Group regards it as a strategically sound decision to be involved in this project. “We do strongly support the Ammbr mesh network initiative as it could help not only in urban areas, but in rural areas as-well. Ammbr should comply with all the Indonesian Government rules and regulations should it be implemented here.” Says Mr. Syamsul Munir, Asia Group’s Chairman
"Ammbr offers an entirely new business ****, allowing individuals to share their Internet access and earn tokens in the process. Other users gain broadband access easily where they could not before, and the market forces will drive down costs as more participate. Essentially the tokens are used to make micro-payments for access"" says Rakesh Rajagopal , director of the Ammbr Foundation.
"We are very proud of the support by Asia Group. We are seeking funding for our initiative in public Token Offering on September 1, 2017" Says Dr. Hamid who is the advisor to Ammbr in Indonesia.
